Cornwall v Exeter
The match against a visiting team from Exeter got off to a shaky start, when the heavens opened and play was postponed by 1.5 hours. However no time was wasted with Canaster proving a welcome stop gap until the lawns became playable again.
After the 3 morning matches the score was 2 - 1 in Exeter's favour.
However Cornwall flourished in the afternoon winning all 4 matches
