A cloudy day with a little drizzle at times after weeks of hot, dry weather.
Exeter started well, winning 2½ points for the doubles matches.
It was an unusual day of games as 13 of the 20 games exceeded the time limit.
The team from Cornwall Rosevear consisted of Tanis Boxall, Cathy McCammont, Liz Honey, Fiona Russell, Rhona Foster, Rob Adams and Bob Cash.
An enjoyable day followed by a good tea.
